QMGet()

Top  Previous  Next

The QMGet() function gets data from an instantiated object on the server system.

The function arguments are:

Objnois the numeric identifier returned by a previous use of QMCreateObject().

Nameis the name of a public variable or public function within the object.

ArgCtis a count of arguments to be passed into the object. This argument is not present in some variants of the QMClient API.

Arg1...is a series of argument values as strings.

The example program fragments below retrieve the value of the State property in an object previously instantiated with the reference value in Objno. In this example, there are no arguments passed into the object.
